This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 7plus platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using the 7plus platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the 7plus platform ("Platform").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the platform or any of the services offered. Continued use following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to maintain one (1) active account only on the 7plus platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balance or winnings.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address. Inaccurate or false information may result in your account being terminated without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether with or without your knowledge
- Notifying the platform immediately in the event of unauthorised account access or a security breach
- Keeping your account information up to date and accurate at all times
The platform will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account secure, including disclosing your password to a third party.
Payment, Deposit and Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the 7plus platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, bank transfers via FPX, and accepted debit or credit cards.
Users must ensure that all deposited funds are obtained from legitimate sources. The platform reserves the right to request proof of funds where necessary for compliance purposes. Any attempt to launder money through the platform will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Regarding withdrawals:
- Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or eWallet registered in the name of the 7plus account holder
- The platform reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits
- Processing times depend on the chosen withdrawal method and the policies of the relevant bank
- Payments that cannot be processed due to incorrect details are entirely the user's responsibility
The platform reserves the right to hold or pause any transaction suspected of involving fraud, account misuse, or a breach of payment terms until an investigation has been completed.
Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limitations
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Sharing, transferring, or selling your account to another party
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform for unfair advantage
- Any form of fraud, identity impersonation, or conduct that disrupts other users
- Using the platform for purposes that contravene Malaysian law
7plus shall not be liable for:
- Losses arising from service disruptions, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues
- Indirect losses, data loss, or loss of business opportunity
- Actions or content from third parties linked through the platform
- Betting or gaming decisions made by users of their own accord
The platform's total liability to a user, if any, is limited to the amount deposited by the user within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim, subject to applicable law.
Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension and Closure
7plus reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is:
- Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
- Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse
- Receipt of valid third-party complaints related to account activity
- Requests from relevant legal authorities or regulators
When an account is closed due to a terms violation, the platform reserves the right to hold the account balance pending the completion of an investigation. Users whose accounts are closed without a violation are entitled to withdraw their remaining balance, subject to a verification process.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and other materials on the 7plus platform are the property of the platform and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any of these elements without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
Where the platform contains links to third-party websites or services, 7plus is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Users access third-party links at their own risk and are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of those sites before engaging with them.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
7plus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate process under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for all matters relating to these Terms.
